This Joint Meeting is organized primarily to give audience to Gen Elmo San Diego, Head of the Department of Public Order and Safety of Quezon City. San Diego will talk about the burning issues that his department is facing today. San Diego is a Rotarian from the Rotary Club of Kamuning.
The participating clubs in this Joint Meeting are:

- Rotary Club of St. Ignatius
- Rotary Club of Kamuning East
- Rotary Club of Sto Domingo (host)

The Joint Meeting is open to Rotarians of other clubs, as well as invited non-Rotarians. Due to limited seats, we will reserve seats to members and guests of the four participating Clubs and allocate the rest to individual Rotarians who would want to join us in this momentous evening.

When driving or taking a taxi:
- Go to Elliptical Road
- Take the entrance facing East Avenue (those who are coming from East Avenue itself would have to go around the Elliptical Road to reach this gate)
- Get past the gate and turn right
- Pay a token amount as parking fee
- Lots of parking spaces wait for you in front of Serye Cafe Filipino
When using public transportation:
- Alight at a point just beyond Kalayaan Avenue (tell the conductor or driver to drop you off before the National Housing Authority)
- Walk on the opposite direction towards the City Hall
- Right in front of the City Hall, take the underpass that crosses Elliptical Road
- At the other end of the underpass, cross the parking lot towards Serye Cafe Filipino
